REQUIREMENTS
Suitable applicants must:
- Be able to work independently
- Enjoy working collaboratively within a team and with external stakeholders
- Enjoy working with a wide range of clients from diverse backgrounds
- Have a positive mindset, be adaptable and eager to deliver Allied Health services in a wide variety of settings
- Have a client centered approach that is both professional and empathetic
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy
- Current Drivers Licence
- Current police record check and blue card or ability to obtain
- Current registration with Physiotherapy Board AHPRA
- Proven working experience as a Physiotherapist
- Ability to work independently with a complex clinical caseload. Work within the organisation’s vision, beliefs and policies to deliver high quality, skilled Physiotherapy services in line with evidence base accreditation frameworks.
ADVANTAGEOUS
- Confident in using different forms of technology such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to think laterally and adapt assessment and treatment to suit remote localities with potentially limited resources
- NDIS experience in providing individualised care and wellbeing management plans to assist clients to reach their health goals.
